Commercial & industrial epoxy flooring

Warehouses, shops, showrooms, restaurant kitchens and manufacturing floors take abuse that box-store coatings can't handle. Our commercial epoxy floor coating systems start with diamond-ground mechanical prep — never acid etch — so the resin bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top of it. Cracks, joints and spalled areas get repaired before any coating goes down.

Industrial epoxy flooring gets a high-build epoxy base with an optional broadcast for slip resistance, then a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that resists hot tires, forklift traffic, oils, solvents and washdowns without ambering. Most jobs are scheduled around your hours and return to foot traffic the next day.

  • Diamond-ground mechanical prep
  • Moisture testing before coating
  • Slip-resistant broadcast options
  • UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat
  • Line striping & safety zones
  • Off-hours and phased scheduling

Frequently asked questions

How much does an epoxy floor cost?+

Every floor is priced on square footage, the condition of the concrete and how much prep it needs. Quotes are free and your total number is written in the quote/bid before any work begins — no surprise add-ons later.

How long does an epoxy floor take to install?+

Most residential garages are a one to two day job. Larger commercial and industrial floors are scheduled around your hours and can be phased so you keep operating. You get the full timeline in your quote.

When can I walk and park on my new floor?+

Foot traffic is usually fine the next day. Vehicle and hot-tire traffic typically needs about 3 to 5 days to fully cure. We give you exact dates for your job before we start.

Do you grind the concrete or acid etch it?+

We diamond grind every floor — never acid etch. Mechanical prep opens the concrete so the resin bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top of it. This is the single biggest reason coatings peel, and it is why we never skip it.

Will my epoxy floor turn yellow?+

Not with our system. We finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, which resists ambering from sunlight along with hot tires, oils and chemicals. Standard epoxy alone will yellow in direct sun, which is why we top it.

Can you coat a floor that is cracked or pitted?+

Yes. Cracks, joints, spalling and pits get repaired and filled during prep before any coating goes down. Damaged concrete is normal and it is part of the job, not an extra surprise.

What areas do you serve?+

We are based in DFW and serve the DFW area and surrounding areas. For larger commercial and industrial projects we travel beyond that — just ask.

What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?+

Cash, card or check. Half is due up front before the job starts and the remaining half is due when the job is complete.

Do you do commercial and industrial floors?+

Yes. Warehouses, shops, showrooms, restaurant kitchens and manufacturing floors are a core part of what we do, including slip-resistant broadcast options and safety line striping.

What is cool decking?+

A concrete deck and pool-surround coating that stays noticeably cooler underfoot than bare concrete, resists water and UV, and cleans up easily. It is a great fit for patios and pool areas in Texas heat.
